The Chelvanayakam Memorial Trust (CMT) is committed to strengthening communities through education, peacebuilding, and cultural preservation. Rooted in the principles of non-violence, truthfulness, transparency, and people-focused leadership, the values championed by S.J.V. Chelvanayakam (Thanthai Chelva) guide our support for marginalized families, empowerment of youth, and promotion of dialogue across Sri Lanka.
From our Education HUB Centers to our pioneering Peace Museum, we strive to create opportunities, encourage critical thinking, and build bridges toward reconciliation and lasting peace.
