We are committed to empowering communities and creating inclusive, resilient, and peaceful societies across Sri Lanka. We work with children, school students, youth, women, and marginalized communities, focusing on community empowerment, education, youth development, peacebuilding, reconciliation, socio-political awareness, emergency response, inclusive development, and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to strengthen communities and create lasting positive change.

What We Do
Chelvanayakam Memorial Trust (CMT) is a community-focused development organization. CMT was established in 2010 and is based in Jaffna, Northern Sri Lanka.

peacebuilding, and initiatives that inspire sustainable and inclusive
